Thanksgiving Service
21st Sept 2002
We are so
thankful to the Lord for the wonderful day we had on
Saturday 21st September.
It was a joy
to see the building so full of those who were rejoicing with
us that the work had been completed. Many thanks to all who
helped, both in the time leading up to the service in
finishing touches to the building, and on the day with
videoing/PA, stewarding, refreshments ( a big thank you to
pat & Kate, estpecially for the cakes Kate !) and in
praying.
We give thanks
to God also for the thank offering which amounted to over
£3000 (with Gift Aid tax refund).
"Give
thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures for
ever".
